Githesh Ramamurthy is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CCC Intelligent Solutions, responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth while empowering CCC’s data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to innovate solutions that help keep people’s lives moving forward when it matters most.

Under Githesh’s leadership, the company has expanded its cloud-based SaaS platform of digital and data service solutions to become the trusted leader in AI, IoT, telematics, customer experience, and digital workflows connecting the auto insurance, automotive, and collision repair industries.

Githesh joined CCC in 1992 and has held several key management positions, including Executive Vice President of Product Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. He was named President and COO in 1997 and elected Chairman of the Board in 2000.

Before joining CCC, Githesh was a founding member of Sales Technologies, Inc., which became a world leader in field-sales automation software, later acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. He is also credited with designing one of the world’s first microprocessor-based cardiac monitors and holds a U.S. patent for claims-processing software design.

Githesh earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in computer science from Georgia Tech. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Executive Management Program.

Brian Herb is Chief Financial Officer of CCC Intelligent Solutions, focused on the company’s financial health and performance while enabling an ambitious growth plan through strategic investment in innovation, technology, and people.

As CFO, Brian leads financial strategy, reporting, and operations while also overseeing Human Resources and Legal Services.

Before joining CCC in 2020, Brian spent more than 20 years with Experian, the world’s leading global information services company, most recently as CFO of the company’s $3 billion North American business. Other roles at Experian included CFO of the company’s European operations and Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. He began his career in assurance services at Ernst & Young.

Brian graduated from Miami University of Ohio. He received his CPA accreditation, and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mary Jo Prigge is Chief Service Delivery Officer of APD and Auto Casualty Service Operations for CCC Intelligent Solutions, responsible for implementing and supporting customers across the auto physical damage and auto casualty insurance, collision repair, and automotive parts supplier ecosystem through CCC’s portfolio of leading technology solutions.

Mary Jo leads all aspects of product delivery, customer service and support for CCC’s market solutions and services, in addition to CCC’s world-class total loss valuation operation, software and solution implementation, customer and internal training, and technical support operations. Mary Jo joined CCC in 1998 as Executive Vice President of the company’s claims settlement division and has held several leadership positions over her 20-plus years with the company.

Before joining CCC, Mary Jo worked in the auto glass network replacement industry where she led operations for USA-GLAS/Globe Glass, Vistar, and Safelite Auto Glass.

Mary Jo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is a board trustee and past treasurer of the Collision Repair Education Foundation.

John Goodson is the Chief Technology Officer of CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc., accelerating digital transformation across the P&C insurance economy. As CTO, John leads R&D, product development, architecture, security, IT operations and infrastructure, business applications and data science, powering mission critical workflows, intelligent automation, and better experiences for CCC’s customers and the millions of consumers they serve.

A technology veteran and proven business leader, John joined CCC in 2020 following successful tenures at Verint, Progress Software, DataDirect Technologies, Merant and Intersolv. At Verint, John succeeded in advancing the company’s global transformation objectives using advanced AI and data to improve customer experiences.

Goodson owns numerous technology patents, helped establish several industry standards, such as Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), and is a published author (Data Access Handbook).

Goodson earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.

Tim Welsh is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in financial services, insurance, and digital transformation. He spent nearly 27 years at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to Senior Partner and served on the Shareholders Council. He advised leading property-casualty and life insurers, co-led the U.S. Life Insurance and Asset Management practice, and founded the global insurance CEO roundtable.

Most recently, Tim was Vice Chair, Consumer and Business Banking at U.S. Bank, leading 20,000+ colleagues. He spearheaded retail banking’s digital transformation, including launching the industry-leading mobile app.

A purpose-driven leader, Tim has shaped talent strategy, led global learning initiatives, and been deeply involved in civic engagement. He is a founding member of The Itasca Project and serves on several nonprofit and corporate boards, including GHR Foundation, Operation HOPE, UPSIDE Foods, and Xcel Energy.

Christy Harris is Chief Human Resources Officer at CCC Intelligent Solutions. She is responsible for leading CCC’s people strategy from attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to guiding the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.

A seasoned HR veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Christy previously served as senior vice president of talent and employee experience for Allstate where she led enterprise-wide initiatives such as leadership and employee development, future workplace and organizational alignment and capabilities to drive their business transformation. Her experience includes diversity, equity and inclusion, total rewards, HR business partner, and HR operations.

Christy will advance CCC’s growth by advancing a human resource strategy that focuses on being a great place to work by providing comprehensive human resource programs which include recognizing and rewarding performance, providing opportunities to grow and develop and being an inclusive culture that supports employees’ wellbeing.

Christy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Cloud State University, a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Winona State University and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She is an advisory member of Human Resource Association of Chicago Institute – Executive Club of Chicago, One Million Degrees and Metropolitan Family Services.

Joe Allen is General Manager and Senior Vice President of the Insurance and Automotive Markets at CCC Intelligent Solutions, where the company is powering automotive repair facilities, suppliers, and independent appraisers through connected solutions that deliver real ROI.

Joe is responsible for leading strategic growth for the insurance and automotive segments while aligning business goals to meet customer needs through CCC’s advanced cloud-based SaaS platform of digital and data service solutions leveraging the latest in AI, IoT, telematics, customer experience, and digital workflows.

Joe joined CCC in 1992 in the Insurance Services Group where he was part of the company’s first estimating product team. He has held numerous leadership positions across CCC markets in management, product, and national account roles.

Joe graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Marc Fredman is Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer with responsibility for strategy, new markets, mergers and acquisitions, and alliances at CCC Intelligent Solutions, leading delivery of the company’s vision to be the global platform powering the future of the multi-trillion-dollar insurance and automotive economy.

Prior to this role, Marc was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Product Management, and Marketing and has been instrumental in helping the company build the most advanced cloud-based SaaS platform connecting insurers, collision repairers, OEMs, parts suppliers and others, and equipping customers with CCC solutions that leverage the latest in AI, IoT, customer experience, and digital workflow technologies.

Before joining CCC in 2014, Marc spent a decade with The Boston Consulting Group where, as a core member of the firm’s technology and corporate development practices, he advised Fortune 500 CEOs and boards on growth and portfolio strategy. Prior to BCG, Marc held strategy and innovation roles at Bank One, where he also founded the leading Health Savings Account administrator in the U.S.

Marc has been awarded multiple patents in financial technology and transaction processing. He earned his bachelor’s degree in honors philosophy from Georgetown University and his master’s in finance and marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Andreas Hecht is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mobility at CCC Intelligent Solutions He is responsible for leading strategic growth of the Mobility segment while aligning business goals to meet customer needs through CCC’s advanced cloud-based SaaS platform of digital and data service solutions leveraging the latest in AI, IoT, telematics, customer experience, and digital workflows.

Andreas joined CCC in 2016, bringing extensive experience across automotive, mobile, and digital. Before CCC, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Automotive at Inrix, Inc. He also held key management positions at Rand McNally, most recently as Executive Vice President of Digital Products and Services. Before that, he was President of Navigon, a navigation system provider, and held a variety of general management and technology leadership roles at Navteq, a digital map maker.

Andreas is credited with pioneering a number of first-to-market innovations in the navigation industry, including the first consumer travel guides and directories for handheld GPS devices.

Andreas earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität in Berlin.

Kevin Ho is Senior Vice President and General Manager of CCC Intelligent Solutions’ China operations, responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth in the region.

Kevin oversees operations, sales, marketing, research and development, and customer support. Under his leadership, CCC China has grown to become a market leader in auto insurance claims and auto after-market solutions.

Kevin joined CCC in 2010. Previously, he held key management positions with IBM, NCR Global, and other leading technology companies.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School.

Kevin has been with CCC since 2007. He oversees all legal activities and policies, as well as ethics, lobbying, compliance and regulatory affairs.
