Eric Wei is a Managing Director at Advent International Corporation, one of the largest global private equity investors, where his focus includes growth equity and majority investments in technology. Prior to joining Advent, Eric served as a Principal of Sageview Capital and Vice President of Bain Capital. Eric also serves on the Board of Directors of Conservice, FinancialForce, P2 Energy, Tekion and Zenoti. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
