CCC's Creators & Innovators blog series features members of our team discussing what excites them most about the work they're doing and how they're contributing to CCC's growth and success. This month, we're featuring a Q&A with CCC's Director of Enterprise Strategy Enablement, Stacey Campbell.
I started with CCC as a Launch Manager at our office in Glendora, CA, I then moved to our headquarter offices in Chicago where I built and supervised a team of Launch Managers and managed the launch of CCC ONE®, including the product’s go-to-market activities. Since then, I’ve worked on acquisition integration, enablement, operations, and, for the last two and a half years, I’ve been primarily working on our Casualty portfolio.
My favorite part is the CCC team camaraderie. What’s most exciting to me is that I get to interact and interface with every single facet of the company to make sure they’re ready to sell, support, or service Casualty products. I really enjoy being able to work and communicate with so many smart people!I’m currently working on figuring out how to make sure we’re preparing Casualty business areas for releases, which in some cases includes reengineering our processes and procedures through governance and structure to help the entire Casualty portfolio. There is also a separate Casualty sales organization within our insurance services group. I work with them to help identify the sales enablement tools they need to communicate with our customers most effectively. For the product managers, I coordinate their communication with other business areas to make sure they have the information they need.As we’ve grown from a grassroots organization where everybody knows each other into a publicly traded company, my role has also grown in bringing the right people together to come up with solutions and drive project completion.
We truly are a market-leading platform that connects all the different pieces of the industry together into one comprehensive solution, and we’ve continued to make the right partner and acquisition choices to make our platform robust and complete. There isn’t another technology provider out there that has these capabilities, and to me, that’s the most exciting part of where CCC is today.
We’ve made a huge investment in the Casualty portfolio and have brought people in from the outside who are experts in the business and know how to grow it. I’m excited about having the right people in the right positions with the right strategy and development team to get us where we need to be.
