How You Can "Jump" Right In

Estimating is complicated. It requires estimators to review extensive parts catalogs and make hundreds of decisions on operations, labor, parts, and procedures. That’s why Mobile Jumpstart leverages advanced AI and automation to help build out estimates. It allows estimators to focus on major repair/replace decisions, while Mobile Jumpstart handles common operations like blend, R&I, and part codes.

  1. Take Photos: Using CCC's iPhone or Android app, the estimator takes photos of the vehicle damage. Then they jumpstart the estimate right from the app.
  2. Identify Damage: Mobile Jumpstart uses advanced photo AI to help detect vehicle damage and determine required operations (e.g. repair and replace.) The estimator reviews and finalizes the repair and replace decisions..
  3. Generate the Estimate: With the help of AI, automation, and machine learning, Mobile Jumpstart builds on the repair and replace decisions confirmed by the estimator. Adding in blend, R&I, part codes, and other common operations.

On average, Mobile Jumpstart creates the preliminary estimate in under 80 seconds, making it a convenient tool to perform on-the-spot assessments quickly, at the car, with the customer.

Customize It for Your Shop

An estimate in just over a minute is great, but it's meaningless if it’s not accurate. The good news is Mobile Jumpstart captures over 81% of the estimate total on average and generates nearly 25 estimate lines. But, to fully take advantage of Mobile Jumpstart, you need to do a little configuration. After all, the goal is to create an estimate that’s consistent with your shop’s guidelines and preferences.

Shops can tailor Mobile Jumpstart to their specific needs through settings. For instance, tell Mobile Jumpstart which part codes to automate, or dial R&I procedures up or down. In addition, Mobile Jumpstart will use your existing shop and insurance profiles to determine things like rates, part codes, and diagnostic procedures.
